Chocolate mousse

Ingredients

Liefmans On The Rocks 0.0 1 bottle
dark (plain) chocolate 600 g
whipping cream 1 l
a few raspberries as decoration

How-to

Step 1

Warm de Liefmans op in een kommetje en smelt de chocolade hierin.

Step 2

Put the whipping cream in a bowl and beat until you achieve the texture of yoghurt.

Step 3

Mix the whipping cream with the chocolate and spoon this into Liefmans glasses. Leave to set for a minimum of 2 hours.

Step 4

Decorate with a few fresh raspberries. Heaven!
